Ask user why​ - In this part, we asked our interviewee users questions mainly focus on anything they like about our prototype? Anything could be improved? And make sure they understand the priority. ​​From the interviews my team did with our interviewees, we received a lot of answers. ​

In this part, our team made a google spreadsheet for each team member to summarize their interview notes and fill in the spreadsheets.

App Description - Some of our users didn't know anything about Discord. Adding app description can help users to understand what the platform is​

Font style/size - Especially for senior adults, a big, clean style will help them to read the descriptions
