Ask user why - In this part, we asked our interviewee users questions mainly focus on anything they like about our prototype? Anything could be improved? And make sure they understand the priority. From the interviews my team did with our interviewees, we received a lot of answers.

App Description - Some of our users didn't know anything about Discord. Adding app description can help users to understand what the platform is

Tutorial presented by videos - Users would like to watch a video to learn how to use the function they want to learn, they can also follow the video

Font style/size - Especially for senior adults, a big, clean style will help them to read the descriptions

Make sure to see the effort that the user put into our test, it will help the team to understand which part we would like to develop the feature.
